Click here for an interactive mapping tool that will allow you to search by address or by pointing to a location on the map, and provide information about what Zone that address or location may be in.
*The mapping tool is for informational purposes only, and does not constitute an official designation of a location within, or outside of, a particular Zone.
Individuals and Entities who meet the geographical descriptions of Section 1.1 or 1.2 of the Economic & Property Damages Settlement Agreement are included in the Economic & Property Damages Class, provided they have a claim in one or more of the Damage Categories covered by the Settlement, and are not otherwise excluded. The geographical description of the Class area can be found here.
The Settlement Agreement further divides the Gulf Coast region into geographic areas or "Zones" associated with certain Settlement Damage Categories. The interactive mapping tool can help you determine whether your location may be included in one or more of the Zones.

If you disagree with the Coastal Real Property Claim Zone Map, the Wetlands Real Property Claim Zone Map, or the Real Property Sales Compensation Zone Map and think your property should be included as an Eligible Parcel on one of those Maps, submit a Parcel Eligibility Request Form so the Claims Administrator can determine whether to add your property to the Claim Zone. Refer to Section 5 of the Instruction Booklets for Coastal Real Property, Wetlands Real Property, or Real Property Sales for detailed instructions about how to complete and submit the Eligibility Request Forms. DO NOT SUBMIT AN ELIGIBILITY REQUEST FORM IF YOUR PROPERTY IS WITHIN THE CLAIM ZONE.
