We have created a series of online training videos to assist you in using the Deepwater Horizon Claims Center Web Portal to submit and manage your claims. These training videos provide step-by-step instructions for using the claims management features available on your Portal and for completing and submitting online Claim Forms. These videos provide guidance in utilizing the functionality of the Portal and should be used in conjunction with the Instruction Booklet specific to each Claim Form.
